ICAAC 2012 is the premier meeting on antimicrobial agents and infectious diseases. The Annual Meeting includes a line-up of oral and poster presentations showcasing the latest-breaking science and lectures from top researchers from around the globe.
The ICAAC program facilitates the exchange of new information among healthcare professionals, particularly physicians, clinical microbiologists, researchers, pharmacists and trainees specializing in infectious diseases.
Planning Tools
Thank you for your interest in booking rooms for ICAAC 2012.
In order to secure and manage your group room block, we kindly ask you to follow
these steps:
- • Complete the form to create a new account. You will receive a confirmation email with an activation link. Please activate your account before proceeding.
- • Once you’re logged in, you can view desired hotel locations for your international groups by scrolling over the convenient Google map. In the Reservation Calculator, select your dates of stay and number of rooms needed and click on the BOOK NOW tab.
- • Submit the ICAAC 2012 Housing Agreement and make sure you fill out all the fields. This is your official contract. We will confirm successful receipt of the Housing Agreement via email.
- • A Meetings & Conventions Manager will process your contract and return a counter-signed copy.
- • Upon confirmation, you will receive a unique Booking Number identifying your group.
- • Payment for the deposit must be received within 15 days from the confirmation date.
- • The Booking Number is needed to access the online rooming list available inside the Planning Tools section, which also contains many other helpful tools.
- • Don’t forget to check out our optional services section, which offers ground transportation, restaurant options, and tickets for tours and events.
